Our Safety Mandate
Safety and production are synonymous at Walden Welding and Mechanical. To have one without the other would not allow Walden Welding and Mechanical to be the highly successful company that it is. Our reputation is our cornerstone. The commitment for safe production is demanded by the president of Walden Welding and Mechanical and supported by all levels of management and staff.
Certifications include TSSA, CSA W47.1, CSA W47.2, CSA Standard B51, and ISO 9001-2015 quality management system, and CWB.
Methodology
Our experienced, certified safety coordinator is required to maintain an ongoing relationship between project coordinators, field supervisors, shop workers, worker safety representatives, and all onsite workers. This is a part of the methodology that ensures each site specific safety program is working. Daily safety talks and continuous training programs are reflective of the commitment, knowledge, and expertise possessed by each of our employees.
